THE EQLC COACHING DIPLOMA

The EQLC Certificate (Emotionally Intelligent Leader as Coach) is a professionally accredited diploma designed for emerging and senior leaders who want to dramatically enhance their mindset and capabilities in leadership while becoming a certified professional coach.

This is one of Ireland’s premier emotionally intelligent leadership qualifications, uniquely designed through the combined lens of emotional intelligence and sales psychology. Delivered in-house by Ireland’s only EMCC Global-accredited faculty in EQ, the program offers a rigorous, structured EMCC coaching accreditation through the Capital Institute. Participants engage in:​

• Six to eight core coaching learning modules covering coaching and leadership, coaching skills, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence.

• An extensive 360 pyschometric assessment. 

• Supervised practice and reflective learning sessions led by Capitals EMCC-accredited supervisors.

• A final summative assessment mapped to EMCC’s professional coaching standards, with EMCC EIA accreditation.
